Outstanding tenant placement service.  I needed to find some tenants within two weeks and Rent A Place Florida delivered. They found me some excellent tenants and made the whole process so effortless.  I did not have to do anything, they did it all.  They were available 7 days a week to show my property.  I will use them again next year.  It was so stressful trying to do it all myself and work too. thank you again. I called Rent A Place Florida and said I needed to find a tenant for my house right away.  I live in the Boston area.  I asked if they would find me someone with a good background and job.  Lisa told me that they prescreened all of the tenants for me and I could decide which tenant I wanted.  They ran credit reports, background checks, checked employment and references.  They did this for a low fee.  I said yes and I would like to say it was the best experience. They found me some very good tenants in two weeks.  I would just like to say, if you need help finding tenants, call them.  I would not hesitate to use them again.

 

 

Thanks again SO much for your help and efficiency with getting tenants! We will definitely give you a call to set up the next rental in 2 years after Justin & Mary get their own home!

The new place is going great so far!!  We love it!  The neighborhood, house, and general area really does work out well for my family.  We really couldn't be more satisfied.  

Working with Rent a Place Florida was seamless and as easy as any rental transaction that I've been a part of.  Everything was in writing to ensure that both parties had adequate records of rentals.  Both Lisa and Jack were very quick to respond to all questions and to have all paperwork signed and approved.  This was the fastest rental transaction (from finding the house to signing the rental papers) I've been a part of!
